Re: Thank you
The thing is that my mind jumps around so much, I can't discipline myself to write 300 or so pages on one subject. You can see from my posts, I start off with one thing and then drift off to something else.
I've decided to spend the next year or so, before we go to Scotland preparing to do a bridging course in Latin so that I can get an Hons degree. I have to do that (or Greek) to be allowed to do the course, this is because of the Latin content of ancient writing. I imagine Rick is pretty well-versed in Latin, Greek and Hebrew with his qualifications. The are not easy to learn especially at my age.
In the meantime, I'll do the rest of what I've started as a series of essays.

Re: Thank you
Whatever you choose to do, I'm sure it will be worthwhile. You're an intelligent person with a lot of drive.

Re: Thank you
You are so sweet Lesa. Thank you. Right now I need to get down off the high and get my house (and computer) in order before I can start any new projects.

Re: Thank you
It's not always a blessing Erika. I wish I could sleep for more than 6 hours. I've got far too many things going at the same time and not enough hours to deal with all of them.

Re: Thank you
Thank you again Queeny.
I have to tell you all that I've printed out a sheet with all the greetings on it and it's going up in a picture frame o the wall above my desk. Everyone I've shown it to has said that it's fantastic to be able to collect greetings all around the world that way. By keeping that, I'll always remember my great friends from Runboard.

Re: Thank you
It's special to hang on to these wonderful memories of important events in your life Mo - I wish I'd done that, but hindsight is a good thing ...

Re: Thank you
Very true Queeny. It's a very warm, fuzzy feeling to know that I have friends all around the world. I'm getting the frames all sorted out next week, then I'll show the photos of them on my wall.
