Re: Hello Im Erika

Ah I see, I remember stuff like, One of my friends in the 6th grade was moving, and Late last year, I found her online, and I remembered pretty much the whole day that was her last day in IL. events, what I was wearing ,what she was wearing, and what I was reading when She left, and what I said and all the small stuff.. but I don't think I could remember maps or directions like that. Once or twice I've had accidental memory lol. My sister use to live in a housing authority apartment here in town when I was a kid... Hadn't been in one for a long time.. They are all made the same way in town.. anyway A friend lives in one now, and the other day I was over there, and it just felt like I remembered being there lol.. Not just that it looked just like my sisters.. but that I had actually been in there before when I hadn't.. course I'm a little crazy but there you are. lol.

I can remember the names of all the people in my class in my final year at school 44 years ago, but I can't remember the names of people I meet now. I just come right out and say, sorry I can't remember.

Yes I can remember all the people I was at school with, right from first grade believe it or not! If I look at those early photos I can name each and every one of them. But people I met about five years ago and haven't seen for ages ... nope!

Thanks Corey. See I remembered to come back. emoticon

I remember looking for my car once for ages, and then calling the police to report it stolen, it was when I put the phone down that I remember I had parked it in another car park and not my usual one. I call the police back and told them. I swear they laughed. emoticon

Re: Hello Im Erika

That happened to us in March with a hire car in Johannesburg in the late afternoon at a shopping mall. There are about 5 levels of covered parking - we'd forgotten to note the licence plate number so when we walked through the entrance door that we thought we'd used and the car wasn't there, major panic. Two hysterical old fogeys running around a parking lot panicking about lost computers, wedding clothes and so on.

 emoticon

Then we found it on the next level down.

Well my memory isn't as bad as I thought it was then! emoticon

Only kidding - I do know how easily that can happen.
